Track 01: Marketing Trends and R&D on Strategic Management: Strategic management is critical to the development and growth of every organization. Senior executives tasked with this responsibility will recognize that successful execution of strategy requires the ability to navigate uncertainty, make timely decisions, and align strategy with the organization’s systems, people and culture.
Track 02: Business Ecosystems, Digital Strategy and Artificial Intelligence: This track aims to stimulate the debate on new research and practice insights in the business ecosystem, digital strategy, artificial intelligence, and the platform economy, especially concerning the challenges that firms, their leaders, and their stakeholders within the business ecosystem face. We are looking for theoretical approaches that help organizations to achieve sustainable competitive advantages in the digital economy and the business ecosystems involved. Furthermore, approaches to teach future leaders as well as the critical discourse of needed skills and competencies to prepare for the challenges of the digital economy are welcomed.
Track 03: Strategic Responsiveness and Adaptive Organizations: Firms operate in turbulent global markets and must adapt their business activities to persevere and thrive. They rely on an ability to sense environmental developments and respond in timely and meaningful ways. It entails reconnaissance and dispersed initiatives coordinated through rational analyses at the corporate center. The recent Covid-19 pandemic has shown that sensing and an ability to adapt to disruptive environmental jolts is essential. It pinpoints an urgent need to uncover effective response capabilities that can enable (some) organizations to adapt to the changing context. This track offers a venue to present new insights to this end.
Track 04: Banking & Finance Management: Banking & Finance Management states Banking is an industry that handles mazuma, credit, and other financial transactions. Banks provide a safe place to store extra cash and credit. They offer savings accounts, certificates of deposit, and checking accounts. Banks utilize these deposits to make loans. Financial management may be defined as the area or function in an organization which is concerned with profitability, expenses, cash, and credit, so that the "organization may have the expedient to carry out its objective as satisfactorily as possible;" the latter is often defined as maximizing the value of the firm for.
Track 05: Sustainability: This session aims to discuss various management approaches for environmental sustainability from various perspectives:
Track 06: Innovation Strategy: An innovation strategy is a common innovation mission and a detailed plan that aims to create new value, for which customers are willing to pay. It includes a set of policies or behaviors geared toward achieving future organizational growth.
Track 07: Leadership Development: Leadership Development is about expanding one’s ability to think about and engage in the process of leadership. Sessions in this track aim to challenge one’s current understanding of leadership, provide them with new perspectives, and prepare them to develop their leadership identity.
Track 08: Entrepreneurship Strategy: Entrepreneurial strategy is the means through which an organization establishes and re-establishes its fundamental set of relationships with its environment. It is a strategy characterized by a widespread and more-or-less simultaneous change in the pattern of decisions taken by an organization.
Track 09: Social Sciences: Social Science is the branch of science devoted to the study of societies and the relationships among individuals within those societies Social science, is any branch of academic study or science that deals with human behavior in its social and cultural aspects. Usually included within the social sciences are cultural (or social) anthropology, sociology, psychology, political science, and economics.
Track 10: Internationalization: Internationalization is the practice of designing products, services, and internal operations to facilitate expansion into international markets. Localization is the adaptation of a particular product or service to one of those markets. Research results describe the identification of four factors influencing the success of the internationalization process of born globals. These factors are the product or service, the industry, the network, and the entrepreneur.
