East Asian Congress on Nursing and Primary Health Care


Nursing, as an integral part of the health care system, encompasses the promotion of health, hindrance of health problem, and care of physically sick, insane, and disabled individuals of all ages, all told health care and different community settings. Among this broad spectrum of health care, the phenomena of specific concern to nurses are individual, family, and cluster "responses to actual or potential health problems”. These human responses vary generally from health restoring reactions to a private episode of health problem to the event of policy in promoting the semi-permanent health of a population. Nursing encompasses autonomous and cooperative care of people of all ages, families, teams and communities, sick or well and all told settings. Nursing includes the promotion of health, interference of health problem, and therefore the care of unwell, disabled and dying people.

Primary healthcare refers to "essential health care" that's supported "scientifically sound and socially acceptable ways and technology, that create universal health care accessible to all or any people and families in an exceedingly community. It’s through their full participation and at a price that the community and also the country will afford to take care of at each stage of their development within the spirit of independence and self-determination". In different words, Primary healthcare is an approach to health on the far side the normal health care system that focuses on health equity-producing policy. Primary healthcare includes all areas that play a task in health, like access to health services, setting and style.
