Chanda Bhandari is a Biomedical Engineer by profession and works in Research Centre for Applied Science and Technology, Kathmandu Nepal. She is involved in research arena regarding the applications of nanoparticles in biomedical field. She holds a BE in Biomedical Engineering and planning to pursue Ph.D in Biomedical Engineering in USA. Chanda has 2 years of research experiences in nanoparticles, life sciences and paper microfluidics. She has presented an abstract on preparation of surgical glue in POLYCHAR 2019 and National Young Scientist Conference and won gold medal on both. Additionally, she won best idea award in Swiss Nepal Technology Transfer Workshop 2019 with invention of Paper Based Milk Inspector. Chanda grew up in Kathmandu and is passionate about exploring things through research and innovations.
Dr. Aysha Arif Chahel is a “Doctor of Philosophy in Plant Sciences” and works as a Post-doctorate in South China Botanical Garden (SCBG) under University of Chinese Academy of Sciences Guangzhou, China. She holds a BS, MS and Ph.D. degree in Plant Sciences and Molecular Genetics of Medicinal Plants. She has 2 years of research experience in SCBG as a senior visiting scholar.
