Mohammad Abdul Matin,I have completed my undergraduate in CSE from Royal University Dhaka, Bangladesh.Then I have been worked in telecommunication industry(Grameenphone Ltd.) last 12 years in defferent positions in defferent location in Bangladesh. Sujata Dash received her Ph.D. degree in Computational Modelling from Berhampur University, Orissa, India in 1995. She is an Associate Professor in P.G. Department of Computer Science & Application, North Orissa University, at Baripada, India. She has published more than 150 technical papers in international journals, conferences, and book chapters of reputed publications. She has guided many scholars for their Ph.D. degrees in computer science. She is associated with many professional bodies like IEEE, CSI, ISTE, OITS, OMS, IACSIT, IMS and IAENG. She is in the editorial board of several international journals and also reviewer of many international journals. Her current research interests include Machine Learning, Distributed Data Mining, Bioinformatics, Intelligent Agent, Web Data Mining, Recommender System, and Image Processing.

: Recently developed Grey wolf optimizer (GWO) algorithm has evident behavior for verdict of global optima, without getting ensnared in premature convergence. However, the exploitation phase of the existing grey wolf optimizer is underprivileged. In the proposed research, a hybrid version of grey wolf optimizer algorithm combined with simulated annealing (named as hGWO-SA) algorithm has been developed for the solution of various non-linear, highly constrained, non-convex engineering design and optimization problems. In the proposed research, the exploitation phase of the existing grey wolf optimizer has been further enhanced using simulated annealing algorithm, which improves the local search capability of the existing grey wolf optimizer. In order to indorse the results of the proposed algorithm, 65 benchmark problems including CEC2017, CEC2018 and five multidisciplinary design optimization problems are taken into consideration.

Dr Anuradha Banerjee is assistant professor in kalyani Govt. Engg College from 2003 till now. She completed her B.E. from Bengal Engineering and Science University, Sibpur and Ph.D. from West Bengal University of Technology. She has 76 publications till date to her credit in various national and international journals and conferences. Her areas of interest are ad hoc network, sensor network and artificial intelligence. She is reviewer of the journals International Journal of Advances in Science and Technology, IEEE Transaction on Fuzzy Systems and International Journal of Computer Science. She Chaired sessions and delivered keynote speeches in conferences India as well as foreign countries. Dr Banerjee has published two monographs on ad hoc networks and a book on sensor networks with Lambert Academic Publishing, Germany. She is enlisted in Asia Pacific Who’s Who Vol. XIV and has been awarded “Bharat Gaurav” in 2016.

Alex Coqueiro is the Head for Public Sector Solutions Architecture team focused on leading a technical team who design cloud solutions for government, education, healthcare & non-profit organizations customers in Canada, Latin America & Caribbean. He is currently responsible for helping customers to develop cloud architectures mapping Amazon Web Services solution capabilities to business needs. He also serves as a key interface between the public sector team and the engineering, security, and compliance teams at AWS, ensuring that public sector customer requirements are front-and-center in service team plans and roadmaps.

I have taught a variety of courses at Towson University and Loyola University Maryland. My teaching experience includes courses in Computer Science, Physics and Information Technology Management. In particular, I have taught courses, networking, operating systems, and senior level information management. In addition, I also served as a substitute teacher for operating systems and networks at undergraduate and graduate level. My teaching philosophy focuses on hands-on experiments and student-centric learning.

Prof. Dr. Peter KACSUK is the Director of the Laboratory of the Parallel and Distributed Systems in the Computer and Automation Research Institute of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (MTA SZTAKI). He received his MSc and university doctorate degrees from the Technical University of Budapest in 1976 and 1984, respectively. He received the kandidat degree (equivalent to PhD) from the Hungarian Academy in 1989. He habilitated at the University of Vienna in 1997. He received his professor title from the Hungarian President in 1999 and the Doctor of Academy degree (DSc) from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in 2001. He served as part-time full professor at the University of Miskolc and at the Eötvös Lóránd University of Science (Budapest). He has been a part-time full professor at the University of Westminster (London, UK) since 2001 and now professor emeritus there since September 2017. He has published two books, two lecture notes and more than 350 scientific papers on parallel and distributed systems including Grids and Clouds. He has given keynote or invited talks more than 30 times at international conferences. He coordinated four EU FP7 projects (EDGeS, EDGI, SHIWA and SCI-BUS) and two EU Tempus projects (PARCOM and DISCOM). He initiated the establishment of the hybrid multi-cloud system (MTA Cloud) of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences where he has been working as the technical leader of the project since 2015. He has been serving as the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Grid Computing published by Springer since 2003.

During her twenty-six year career including 17 years in academics and 9 years in corporate, Dr Rekha Kashyap is currently working as Professor and Head, Computer Science Department at Inderprastha Engineering College, Ghaziabad, India. She started her career with IT firm Virgo Softech Ltd as a promoting govt and additionally worked as Production Manager, software system and card division. Dr Rekha Kashyap did her Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi in 2012. M.Tech in Software Engineering and B.E. in Computer Engineering and from Devi Ahiliya University, Indore, India in 2005 and 1992 respectively. Dr Kashyap research has been published in leading journals(including Springer, Wiley, Inderscience etc.), and in proceedings of various peer-reviewed conferences in India and abroad. She is member of many International societies including IEEE, CSI(Computer Society of India), Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and International Association of Engineers (IAENG). She is in the editorial board and reviewer’s panel of many International Journals and conferences. Her teaching and research interest includes, Block Chain Technologies, Grid and Cloud Computing, Cryptography and Network security.

Wanyang Dai received his Ph.D. from Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. He was an MTS and principal investigator in AT&T Bell Labs (currently Nokia Bell Labs), USA. He is currently a distinguished professor in China based Nanjing University, President & CEO of U.S. Based (Quantum-Computing & Blockchain) SIR Forum (Industrial 6.0 Forum), President of Jiangsu Probability & Statistical Society in China, Chairman of Jiangsu Big Data-Blockchain and Smart Information Special Committee in China. He received various academic awards and presented over 30 keynote/plenary speeches in IEEE and other international conferences. He has been serving as an editor-in-chief or an editorial board member for various international journals.
