Luisa Maria Arvide Cambra, Spanish is now Professor with Chair at the University of Almería (Spain) and she was Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at the University of Granada from 1979 on. 49 of the teaching and researching experience. She is the Director of Research Group HUM113-Estudios Filológicos from Program of Research of Andalusian Government, where she has managed and directed several academic and scientific contracts and research projects, as well as a Member of European Scientific Institute (ESI) Team, Athens Institute for Education & Research (ATINER) in Greece, The Academic Genesis Platform (UAGP) in UK&Turkey and Experts of Academic Excellence Research Centre (EAERC) in Jordan; GI Social Sciences Forum (GISSF), in Malaysia; Akademica Nusa International Association of Social Sciences and Humanities, in UAE; Science Research  Association (SCIREA); Academic Fora; Foundation for Social Sciences and Education Research (FSSER); etc.  She is reviewer and member of the editorial board in several renowned scientific journals as well as member of the organizing, scientific & academic committees at prestigious international conferences.

Luca Roncati, MD-PhD, DMLS, is Associate Editor of the European Journal of Gynaecological Oncology (EJGO), Medical Executive at the University Hospital of Modena, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Italy). Eponym of the Roncati-Manenti triad and describer of T rex lymphoma, he is the author of more than 250 academic publications, he has taken part in the scientific work of various national and international agencies or research groups, he has organized several conferences of national relevance, he has attended as a speaker at numerous congresses and seminars, he holds the intellectual property of an Italian and international patent for anticancer therapy, and he has obtained various national and supranational awards.

Dr. Bernd Blobel received a multi-disciplinary education, covering mathematics, physics, systems engineering, electronics, medicine, informatics and medical informatics, including habilitations in medicine and informatics. He was Head of the Institute for Biometrics and Medical Informatics at the University of Magdeburg, and then Head of the Health Telematics Project Group at the Fraunhofer IIS in Erlangen. Thereafter, he acted until his retirement as Head of the German National eHealth Competence Center as well as Head of the globally unique International Interdisciplinary PhD and Post Doc College at the University of Regensburg. He was leadingly involved in many countries health digitalization as well as electronic health record strategy. He was and is still engaged in international standardization at ISO, CEN, HL7, OMG, IEEE etc. Furthermore, he still engaged in international higher education and member of several international academies.
