Title: The Lack of Fam83h Mediated Reduction of Wnt/?-Catenin Signaling Pathway and Expression Levels of Dental Mineralization Genes

Abstract:

Statement of the problem: Cancer is a multifaceted disease that deals with the proliferation of tumor cells and becomes fatal for thousands of lives because of its treatment that still remains challenging for the scientific community. The only nanoparticle is not subjected to cancer treatment Methodological and theoretical orientation: At the same time, nanotechnology is becoming the emerging field of recent developments in medicine which is a very essential part of the failure of pharmaceuticals nowadays. In this study, silver oxide nanoparticles have been synthesized through the co-precipitation method and functionalized with the ant-cancer drug. This synthesis is confirmation via different characterizations X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transformed Infrared (FTIR), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive X-ray (EDX), and Ultraviolet (UV) spectroscopy and uses them against cancer cell lines that will help to opine the treatment of cancer and save thousands of precious lives. Findings: Silver oxide nanoparticles have improved the drug delivery and synergistic effect with drugs. One of the functionalized formulations shows better results even at very low concentrations on HepG2 cancer cell lines with very low IC50 as compared to others. Similarly, this combination showed very low relative percentage viability, and very few cancer cells were shown when used against cancer cell lines. Such kind of combination of nanoparticles to the anti-cancer drug will provide a very convenient way to find out the cancer treatment. Conclusion and significance: The combined effect of nanoparticles with the anti-cancer drugs has been observed as a very effective treatment against cancer.

Biography:

Nosheen Rehman has her expertise in research passion in finding cancer treatment. Her open and experimental focus by using nanoparticles creates new pathways for improving the treatment of cancer. She has completed this research from hospitals and different educational institutions. The potent anti-cancer effects of silver NPs inspired us to explore the antitumor potential of silver oxide NPs in a number of tumor cell lines (Banerjee et al. 2017) which makes a non-conventional treatment for cancer. It will make the safe side for the body that might be damaged by chemotherapies. This approach is responsive to all pharmacists and has a different way of focusing on better treatment of cancer as well as patients will facing least radioactive damage.
