Title: Current knowledge in hamstring physiopathology injury

Biography:

Jean MAZEAS is a physical therapist specializing in lower limb disorders and trauma in athletes. He works at the Orthosport Rehab Center and the Clinic of Domont in France. Graduated in 2019, Jean MAZEAS, quickly moved towards the world of sport. He undertook training in this field in order to acquire expertise and collaborate with the staff of several clubs in football, rugby and athletics sports. Jean MAZEAS prepare his Master’degree. He specializes in EMG assessment and treatment in orthopedic and trauma pathologies. Today Jean MAZEAS offers numerous Master Classes on hamstring muscle lesions, blood flow restriction and EMG analysis in clinical research.. He continues his university training with FIFA, the IOC and the Barça Hub University. In 2019, he joins the Orthosport Rehab Center, a center specializing in the rehabilitation of sports pathologies with physical therapists specialized in their field. . At the same time, he joins OthoLab. It is a functional exploration, movement analysis and clinical research unit located at the Clinic of Domont. In this unit, Jean MAZEAS assesses 150 patients who have shoulder surgery each year through EMG analysis, isokinetics, postural analysis and functional tests. It also contributes to the development of clinical research in connection with surgical activity on pathologies and / or surgery of the lower limb. Thus, Jean MAZEAS supervises, each year, research work related to EMG analysis with upper or lower limbs injuries and surgery.
